You are obligated to update this information promptly if any of it changes.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any time upon request by dwg888, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, Account closure.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. dwg888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from dwg888 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You must notify dwg888 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. dwg888 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your login credentials or have shared them with a third party.

All Account transactions on dwg888 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). dwg888 does not charge Members a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dwg888 accepts no responsibility.
dwg888 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed within the Member's Account cashier at the time of deposit.
Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to your dwg888 Account within 5–15 minutes of confirmed bank receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally instant. dwg888 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that match those used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, and you must ensure the bank account or e-wallet registered on your profile is in your own name.
dwg888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 3 hours during standard operating hours (WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours or during national public holidays in Indonesia may experience additional processing time. dwg888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawals above a specified threshold, which may extend processing time.
dwg888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this clause, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of offer.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered before real-money Balance is used.
Not all games on dwg888 contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot titles generally contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino games, sports bets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagers may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, depending on the promotion. Contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms, measured from the date and time (WIB) at which the Bonus was credited to the Member's Account. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings accrued from them will be removed from the Account automatically.
dwg888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably determines that the Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk hedging strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other Members. Accounts found to have engaged in promotional abuse may be permanently closed.
dwg888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are being actively wagered at the time of the change.
All Wagers placed on dwg888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or event category selected. These rules are accessible within each game or event page on the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Your continued use of the dwg888 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 4.2.
In the event of a conflict between a translated or summarised version of these Terms and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases.
